Compensation: Commission-based, 20% per deal (industry-leading!)

Role Potential Income: $150k-$200k+/yr

Role Responsibilities:

Comping Properties:

- Taking charge of properties at the "Hot Leads" stage.

- Determining ARV, offer price, and updating CRM notes accordingly.

Offer On Hot Lead Properties:

- Engaging with Lead Qualifiers and property owners.

- Negotiating and submitting offers, updating the CRM, and following up.

Follow Up On Declined Offers:

- Managing declined offers and nurturing hot leads.

- Setting follow-up tasks and maintaining engagement.

Get Contracts Written For Accepted Offers:

- Facilitating the contract writing process with realtors and the internal team.

- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of opportunity fields in CRM.
